BOLD - BRIGHT - FUN: those three words are the driving mission of our first summer of DK Art Camp! Artists will be immersed in a world of all things painting while they create 10 unique and memorable masterpieces. Each DK artist will be using a variety of paint mediums and techniques to give them the ultimate experience in the studio. Following the three full days of creating, families and friends are invited to the exclusive DK Art Show where the artist's work will be on display for viewing and pickup.

DK Art Camp cost includes:

• 3 days 9:00-3:00 p.m. at the Monroe County Rec Department

FAQ:

What does my artist need to bring each day?

Each artist will need to provide their own lunch each day, DK will provide special snacks. On the first day please bring a beach towel to sit on while doing activities outdoors.

What does my artist need to wear?

We WILL get paint on our clothes! Please wear comfortable clothes that can and will get paint on them. Artists will also receive an official DK Art Camp T-Shirt!

Who will be with my artist each day?

Our owner Kim will be at the camp throughout the camp and working with her fabulous assistant, Rachel. Your artist will ALWAYS be in the presence of 2 adults, both of which have education backgrounds and clear background checks.

What if I need to cancel or change my camp week?

DK Art Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy: Camp spaces must be canceled 7 days before the first day of camp. Cancellations will receive an art camp credit that can be used towards future DK classes or camps. Cancellations, no shows, and missed classes are non-refundable; however, artists will receive the materials that they would complete during camp.

What if my little artists are in two different age groups, can they attend together?

We absolutely want to make this work for your family! Simply send us a message and let’s figure out the best camp for your family!

How many artists will be participating during each camp?

Each week of camp will have approximately 18 artists attending. DK has the right to cancel a camp If a camp has less than 10 registered artists; however, DK will reach out to those families to work to combine those artists into another week.
