If purchase before the 3rd of each month, your order will be completed and ready after the first week of that same month.  Any subscription purchases past the 3rd of every month will apply to the Garden Flag of the Month promotion the following month.  (For Example, a subscription purchased Feb 2nd will get the door hanger for February's promotion.  A subscription purchased Feb 5th will get March's promotion.)
